Return policy

You always have the right to return your order within 10 working days. The return period starts from the day on which the delivery of the goods from your order is made.

If you want to return something, please use the following steps:

1) Contact us at support@smartcards.tech to specify the reason for returning the goods.

2) In case of a technical problem, we will compensate you with a replacement. If you are not satisfied with the product, and it has no traces of use, it can be returned and refunded. (applies to non-personalized products)

4) For orders made and paid by cash on delivery, please register the details of the account to which you would like the amount to be refunded.

In order to meet the deadline, it is enough to inform us about your decision before the return period of the order has expired.

Consequences of returning the order
We will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 10 business days from the day you deliver the package to Speedy. When paying by cash on delivery, we will refund your money to the bank account specified by you. If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to you by card. Payment of funds may be delayed until we receive the goods back or until you provide us with proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.

Send the goods back or take them to the courier's office, without undue delay and no later than 10 days from the day you received them. All our deliveries contain a prepaid Return Form, which you can use when sending goods back.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the ordered goods as a result of use other than the original to establish their nature, characteristics and good functioning.
