General conditions for using the e-shop SmartCards.tech

Read this document carefully and make sure you understand its contents clearly.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

For the purposes of these general terms and conditions:

1) "User" of the site means any person who visits the site https://www.smartcards.tech , regardless of whether he understands and uses its content, whether or not he opens links from the site to its components or other sites.

2) "Customer" means any natural or legal person who has placed an order to purchase products from the merchant through the e-shop, who has confirmed his agreement with these general terms and conditions.

3) "Trader" means "PR INNOVA" EOOD, UIC 204027363 with address of management in the Republic of Bulgaria, village of Chervena Voda, 20 Yavorov Str. And manager Iva Pavlova.

4) "Website" means an online store with a web address https://www.smartcards.tech .

5) "Products" means NFC business cards, RFID blocking wallets and other goods and services that can be purchased from the online store at https://www.smartcards.tech/shop . Each product is marked with its main characteristics and selling price.

6) By clicking on an object, picture, link or button located on the website, it is considered that the user accepts without restrictions and unconditionally the present general conditions. If he does not agree with these general terms and conditions, the user is not entitled to place products on the website.

7) These general terms and conditions enter into force on 19.10.2018. The Provider reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time by publishing the changes on the website in a timely manner. The changes have no effect on orders already made and accepted.

2. SUBJECT OF THE WEBSITE

In the online store at https://www.smartcards.tech/shop, the merchant offers various paid products such as NFC business cards, RFID blocking wallets and other goods and services aimed at technologies and innovations, called "products" for short. The conditions for accepting orders and deliveries of products on the site are set out below in section "3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF PRODUCTS ON THE SITE ".

3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF PRODUCTS ON THE SITE

This point regulates the order in which an e-shop on the web address https://www.smartcards.tech/shop accepts orders and makes deliveries of food supplements and other products.

1. Order

The order of products from the e-shop is not tied to customer registration and creating a customer profile.

(1) At the order the client is obliged to provide correct and complete data, necessary for its proper execution:

(a) for natural persons: name, surname, telephone, address and e-mail;

b) for legal entities: company, UIC, mall, telephone, address and email.

The data provided by the customer are used by the trader only for the needs of the proper execution of the order.

(2) A condition for the entry of the order is that the client confirms his consent to the present general conditions by pressing the respective button.

(3) The order is considered completed by pressing the "Order" button.

(4) After entering the order, the customer receives an email with which the trader confirms the receipt of the order.

2. Acceptance of the order

(1) The purchase order is accepted by the trader by sending an e-mail to the customer's email address, with content: product data, sales price, the payment method chosen by the customer, customer data and delivery address.

(2) The acceptance of the order shall be carried out by the trader after checking the availability of the ordered product, but not later than 18.00 on the working day following the one in which the order has been received by the trader.

(3) With the acceptance of the order it is considered that a contract for delivery has been concluded between the client as a buyer and the trader - as a seller.

(4) The trader may not accept an order in the following cases:

a) in case of insufficient availability of the ordered product;

(b) in the event that two or more previous orders placed by the same customer have been unsuccessful, regardless of the reason for the failure.

(5) The trader shall not owe any compensation or other sanction in case he does not accept an order from a client.

(6) In case the customer has paid for the ordered product in advance, in case of the order, then in case he does not accept the order, the trader is obliged to return to the customer the amount paid within 5 working days from the expiration of the term under p. (2) above.

3. Prices and payment

(1) All prices in the e-shop are in BGN and VAT included. The delivery price is indicated separately from the price of the product.

(2) The consumer may make payment for the products purchased by him in any of the following ways:

a) by cash on delivery - payment in cash upon delivery;

b) payment by bank transfer. By making the payment by bank transfer, the customer declares his consent for advance payment of the products.

4. Delivery

(1) The delivery shall be made by the trader personally or through courier companies within the following terms:

a) delivery within Sofia-city - not later than 18 hours on the working day following the day on which the trader has accepted the order under item 2 (3).

b) delivery in the rest of Bulgaria - not later than three working days after the day on which the trader has accepted the order by the order of section item 2 (3).

(2) Deliveries outside the borders of the Republic of Bulgaria depend on the terms of the courier company for which the online store currently operates.

(3) In case the customer is not found at the delivery address indicated by him, or his address is incomplete or inaccurate or appropriate delivery conditions are not created after more than two delivery attempts:

a) in case the customer has paid for the ordered product in advance, during the order, the product is stored in the office of the courier company for a period of 7 days, and the merchant notifies the customer by the same email for the storage period and the office of the courier company. In case the customer does not receive the product within the period under the previous sentence, the trader is released from his obligation to deliver. The trader is obliged to return to the customer the amount paid by the same, reduced by the delivery costs incurred by the trader, within 10 working days from the expiration of the term under sentence one.

b) in case the customer has not paid for the ordered product in advance, at the time of the order, the product is immediately returned to the trader, who is released from his obligation to deliver.

(4) The customer has the right to refuse to receive the delivered product only in the following hypotheses:

(a) the consignment contains products different in type and / or quantity from those ordered by the customer;

(b) the product is damaged during transport in a way that interferes with its intended use;

c) the product has been delivered through no fault of the customer after the expiration of the terms under item 4 (1).

(5) The customer shall notify the trader of the refusal to receive the delivered product no later than the day following the day of the refusal.

(6) In case the customer has paid for the ordered product in advance, during the order, the trader is obliged to return to the customer the amount paid within the same period within 5 working days, as of the notification for justified refusal.

4. OTHER CONDITIONS

(1) The trader takes care that the information in the e-shop is always kept up to date, but does not guarantee its reliability and completeness.

(2) The trader does not guarantee that the access to the e-shop will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and free from errors, insofar as this is beyond the capabilities and control of the trader. The Merchant is not responsible for failure to provide access to the e-shop, as well as for non-processing or untimely processing of purchase orders in the event of circumstances beyond its control - cases of force majeure, accidental events, problems in the global Internet network and service provision. beyond the control of the trader.

(3) The copyrights on the content of the e-shop belong to the trader. For copyright infringements the responsible persons are liable according to the current legislation.

(4) If an article or part of these general terms and conditions proves to be invalid or invalid, this shall not affect the rest of the terms and conditions.
